What is the return, refund and cancellation policy of Shelworks Stationery?
Shelworks Stationery is positive that you will be pleased with our high quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Please be advised that refunds will only be for the price of the product. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used and not in a condition for resale.
Customers are encouraged to review custom orders for errors as custom orders cannot be cancelled once sent to print or returned after shipped. We are unable to fulfill refunds or returns on custom orders.
In the event that an error was made by Shelworks Stationery, we will make every effort to correct the error as quickly as possible. Simply notify us in writing for a refund or re-order. Refunds will be given only if the item is returned to us unopened and in saleable condition.
How is your personal information used after it is collected?
Personal information such as name, address, email, phone numbers etc. are only used for filling and shipping orders. Shelworks Stationery does not rent or sell our customers personal information to any third parties.
The information you supply to us remains with us and is never given to anyone else.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, Shelworks Stationery does not offer custom orders.
Orders are shipped by USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. If a rush order is needed, please contact us for a shipping upgrade.
Do you provide International Shipping?
Yes, we offer International Shipping. Orders are shipped by First Class International Mail. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your order to USPS Priority International Mail.
Any custom or duties fees, import taxes or any other fees incurred and associated with international orders are governed by that country and will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
Possible delays of delivery may occur because of customs procedures and any costs that may be incurred are not the responsibility of Shelworks Stationery.
Shelworks Stationery will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items while in route to its destination, therefore you may contact us if the purchase of insurance is needed.
If you live in a country that we are not currently shipping to or have any other questions about International Shipping, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

Order Processing time
Products are usually shipped within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
If extra time is needed for production you will be promptly notified.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified when the item will be available and when to expect delivery.
