What is the return, refund and cancellation policy of Shelworks Stationery?
Shelworks Stationery is positive that you will be pleased with our high quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to request a refund.
Please be advised that refunds will only be for the price of the product. Shipping and handling are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used and not in a condition for resale.
Customers are encouraged to review custom orders for errors as custom orders cannot be cancelled once sent to print or returned after shipped. We are unable to fulfill refunds or returns on custom orders.
In the event that an error was made by Shelworks Stationery, we will make every effort to correct the error as quickly as possible. Simply notify us in writing for a refund or re-order. Refunds will be given only if the item is returned to us unopened and in saleable condition.
How is your personal information used after it is collected?
Personal information such as name, address, email, phone numbers etc. are only used for filling and shipping orders. Shelworks Stationery does not rent or sell our customers personal information to any third parties.
The information you supply to us remains with us and is never given to anyone else.
Do you offer custom orders?
At this time, Shelworks Stationery does not offer custom orders.

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $50
Shipping charges for orders not over $50, are calculated according to your location plus the total quantity and weight of the products in your order.
U.S. ORDERS
Within the US, orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Your order is shipped out within 3 - 7 business days, once your payment is received,
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Depending on the holiday season or time of year, turn around time may vary.
SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes.
There may be duties, custom fees or other fees that may be necessary depending on your local law, before you can receive your order. Shelworks Stationery is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Order Processing time
Products are usually processed within 3-5 business days after your order is placed.
If extra time is needed for production you will be promptly notified.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified when the item will be available and when to expect delivery.
